Our office is centrally located in Moorpark.  Therefore we are able to serve construction projects throughout the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.  We offer in-house engineering, design-build services, budgeting and consulting from conception to completion.

Scott Fouts, President

Scott Fouts has been in the electrical industry for over 27 years in the Southern California area.  During this time, he and his company have directed the electrical construction of numerous diversified projects including, office buildings, hospitals, adaptive reuse lofts, tenant improvements, industrial parks, underground utility installations, self-storage facilities, restaurants, manufacturing plants, retail businesses, fitness clubs, surgery centers, fire stations and libraries, and much more. Over the past six years Fouts Electric Corporation has specialized in the downtown Los Angeles Area Adaptive Reuse / Live Work Loft electrical construction. Mr. Fouts has been hired by Architectural and Electrical engineering firms as a consultant to assist in the design build stages of many adaptive reuse projects because of his success with value engineering.

Mr. Fouts vast experience in commercial, industrial, and developmental projects has contributed significantly to his company’s expertise in the electrical construction industry.  His “hands-on” approach to the designing and estimating stages, insure the success of each project, and he emphasizes quality control with routine on-site visits to each and every job.

SENIOR ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Darrell Milstead, Senior Estimator/Project Manager 

Darrell Milstead has been in the electrical contracting industry for over 27 years, in Georgia, Arizona and Southern California.  During this time he attended Georgia Tech. University in Atlanta, GA specializing in Estimating, Project Management and Value Engineering Design Build. During the past 15 years his scope of experience has ranged from Senior Project Manager / Estimator to value engineering with projects to his credit ranging from International Waste Water Treatment Plants, Brewery Plants, large Commercial Projects, Schools, Hospitals, Fire Station and various others.

FIELD SUPERVISOR

Ashley Sears, Field Supervisor 

Ashley Sears has been in the electrical contracting industry for over 23 years in the Southern California area. During this time with Fouts Electric Corporation he has overseen many multi million dollar commercial projects, including Adaptive Reuse Lofts, Surgery Centers, theme restaurants, large grocery and or retail stores, commercial office buildings and schools just to name a few. At Fouts Electric Corp. Mr. Sears is our acting Field Supervisor and a valuable asset to Fouts Electric Corporation project management team. Mr. Sears oversees all aspects of each and every project from start to finish by personally visiting each project weekly and reporting his findings to our Project management teams, therefore we are able to keep our projects moving forward and on schedule.
